How do you tell friends they are being rude?

I am one of the creators that hang out in chatrooms a lot. (Usually in friends rooms, tho I sometimes bounce around random ones)

One thing that really irks me is that sometimes someone comes in from stalking my room card because they like my shop, and my friends act really rude to them. Sometimes they say they are "kissing my ass" and whatnot. This sometimes happens when I am afk as well so I can not even butt in so they are basically talking for me. I try telling them to cool it, but I am getting to a breaking point. I have been friends with them for years and it would not be so easy to just block them and move on.

Really a lot of older users seem to turn elitist and it makes it kind of hard to hang out with them. I know some "noobs" can be annoying, but I always try to be nice if they are being polite.

My friends are not really creators or not ones that really work towards it, so I do not think they understand that they are basically turning my customers/potential customers sour.

I have no other advice than telling to them directly that their behavior may be hurting your business.

I tell them directly and honest that they are being rude. Nice example, few days ago a friend in a public room, tried to lag out a troll, but he lagged the whole room and crashed a few people including me. When i came back i told him that it was a retarded moveof him.
