With all things great, you have to have rules. They are going to seem like a lot, but they are there to make this as smooth going as possible.
!! RULES !!
• Please be patient with me. I work very hard on your customs, and recieve a large amount of work that is expected to be released in a short period of time.
- With that said above, please don't be rude. I deserve the same amount of respect as anyone else, especially when I give you nothing but respect.
• Fill out the form to the best of your ability. If you have any questions, ask!
• Please be prepared to show proof that you own the image, if asked. I do this to ensure that neither you or I are being put into wrong doing.
- With that said above, if you are caught with an image that doesn't belong to you, I have the right to deny you the custom and any further customs, no questions asked.
• I will post skin and final previews within this thread. Any changes needed can be posted in the thread or sent privately.
• If there are any changes needed to the set after they are sent off, because of my error, I will fix them! Just let me know.
- HOWEVER, if there are any changes you want made to the set AFTER the set has been submitted and sent off, that are not within my error margin, there will be a 5k alteration fee! So be sure it's 100% exact at the time of previews!
- Also, be 100% certain on the meshes you want. If you want a preview of something before submission, just say so! If I submit a mesh you are unsatified with, you will still be charged for it. You will still recieve the product.
• You have three (3) days after completion to pay me. After that, it is at my discretion.
• I have the right to decline any order given to me, with or without reason. This rarely happens, and is usually because something is out of my skill level, even after several attempts.
• You may cancel your order at any point in the process, however any work done is at my discretion.
• All purchases are final. I do not give out refunds.
• With that said, if you are unsatified, please take it up with me privately.
• Please send credits/money to me when asked. I have stickers available for purchase incase of credit limits.
• Do not hesitate to ask questions and poke me!
